Mickey Awrey
Owner, Hair Stylist, Color Specialist
Mickey is the owner and founder of New Creations Hair Design. Mickey earned her license from the Bayshire Beauty School in 1974. Mickey is a seasoned professional and has been styling hair for forty years.
After building a loyal clientele, Mickey fulfilled her dream and opened her own salon in 1988. Many customers have been Mickey’s loyal customers since New Creations Hair Design began. As she says, “I now call them ‘friends’.”
I enjoy coloring, highlighting, and perming hair, but I enjoy cutting hair the best!

Monday: Off
Tuesday: 8am-4pm (evenings by appointment)
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: 8am-2pm
Friday: 8am-2pm
Saturday: 8am-2pm

“Hi, I’m Shelly. I’ve been doing hair for 38 years. I am a graduate of Murphy’s Beauty School and earned my license in 1984.
‘I enjoy doing all aspects of hair — from unique cuts and styling to colors and perms.”

Thursday: 2-6pm
Friday: 9:30am-4pm
